Information collected

Nebula may collect customer name, email address, order and transaction identifiers, selected plan, account username, password hash, IP-derived security records, service configuration, and technical request logs.

Payment information

Payments are processed by the approved payment provider. Nebula receives payment status and transaction metadata but does not store complete card numbers, card security codes, bank passwords, or OTP codes.

How information is used

• Deliver and maintain customer accounts.
• Verify payments and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
• Provide support, account recovery, refunds, and service notices.
• Protect infrastructure from fraud, abuse, and excessive automated traffic.
• Comply with legal and payment-provider requirements.

Sharing

Information may be shared with payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, and authorities where legally required. Nebula does not sell personal information.

Security

Account passwords, sessions, and setup codes are stored using hashes where supported. HTTPS, restricted administration, access controls, and operational logging are used to protect the service.

Retention

Payment and account records are retained while needed for service delivery, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Temporary request logs and expired sessions may be deleted earlier.

Customer requests

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting stuartlit3210@gmail.com. Some transaction records must be retained for legal or financial obligations.
