Refunds and Cancellations
Effective 5 July 2026. This policy explains cancellation, refund eligibility, and processing times.
Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges and access remains available until the current paid period ends. Annual and lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Refund eligibility
Contact support within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are available for duplicate charges, failure to deliver account access, or a material technical failure that Nebula cannot resolve within a reasonable period.
Change of mind
Once digital access has been delivered and materially used, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request a refund
- Email stuartlit3210@gmail.com.
- Include the payment email, order ID, purchase date, plan, and reason.
- Allow up to 2 business days for an initial response.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider. The provider and issuing bank may take 7 to 10 business days to return funds to the original payment method.
Fraud and abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, public credential sharing, chargeback abuse, or material breach of the Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
