Terms and Conditions

1. Service

Nebula Sports is Stremio-compatible software that organizes sports event metadata, account preferences, catalogs, and available playback links. It is a digital service delivered through a private account and manifest URL.

2. Content and availability

Nebula does not sell ownership of third-party broadcasts. Event and playback availability can change based on timing, region, technical conditions, source availability, and authorization. No specific match, channel, language, resolution, or uninterrupted playback is guaranteed.

3. Customer eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate order information, and use the service only where lawful. Customers are responsible for local content-access rules and their Stremio installation.

4. Accounts

Each purchase is for one customer account unless stated otherwise. Setup codes, passwords, private manifest URLs, and account access must not be sold, shared publicly, or redistributed.

5. Plans

• Monthly access remains active for the paid billing period and renews only when recurring billing is clearly selected.
• Annual access remains active for twelve months.
• Lifetime access means the supported commercial lifetime of the Nebula Sports product, not the lifetime of the customer or any third-party service.

6. Acceptable use

Customers must not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, redistribute links, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended for material abuse or fraud.

7. Payments

Prices are displayed in INR. Payment information is processed by the approved payment provider. Nebula does not store complete card details. Access is delivered only after confirmed payment.

8. Refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published Refunds and Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

9. Service changes

Features, sources, catalogs, and supported clients may change for security, compliance, maintenance, or technical reasons. Material plan changes will be communicated where practical.

10. Support

Customer support is available through the details on the Contact Us page. Include the payment email and order ID for billing or delivery issues.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
